Electric Heat Pump system incentive for Air-to-Air or Geothermal, must meet the DOE manufacturing standard for HSPF efficiency. These heating systems are eligible for the reduced electrical rate on all energy used by the heating system. Systems will be sub-metered to determine usage, the co-op furnishes load management control devices at no cost to the member. Heat pump installations are eligible for reduced rate year-round with air conditioning function controlled by the load management system.
