DISCONNECT


If you wish to disconnect service, please call the office at 605.886.5848 or 800.463.8938.

  1. We will need to know what day you want to close your account or disconnect your service.

  2. Also, we will need an address for sending your final bill.

Based on your disconnect day, we will use a meter reading to calculate your final bill. We will apply any credits and/or deposits you may have with us to your final bill. Remember, you are responsible for electric service bills for accounts in your name until such time as you notify us and request disconnect. 

Please keep us informed of address changes in the future, that we know where to mail your future capital credit checks.
